How about its a sign you can now wear your hair longer, and it will cover your ears.... I have not been put off by hairiness since I was eight years old, and found out that it is probably mostly because we are part Neanderthal. The rest of the world, Africa and Asia are far less hairy

It's a rare genetic disorder. Only a very small portion of males will/do have this problem . It's also one of the very few(if not the only) genes on the Y-chromosome meaning only only males are susceptible to the disorder. Males: xy, Females: xx
