The woman I used to work with used Burt's Bee's oil (they have a lemon one and an apricot one) to give herself a scalp massage. The oils kept her hair healthy and it was very long. When I did it, I noticed my hair grew very quickly and looks very healthy. She'd do it before bedtime, put a cap on it, then wash it in the morning. I recommend Centrum pills. They're available over the counter and you'll be doing your body a favor as well because they are healthy for you. Here's what you gotta do:

1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)

2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.

3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.

4. Mix the bottle.

5. Use your shampoo.

You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :)
