my hair is 48 cm ((approxmity)srry for the spelling )and i want to grow it haealther does it count what i eat ?



and how long does it grow in a year?????????????????????

if you cut the dead ends off about four times a year it should grow about 7 inches (18cm).



what you eat doesn't really affect it, lots of sun exposure can damage your hair though.
