Things to help my hair grow (on my head) and greasey hair..?

Iv'e bin growing my hair for like 2 and a half years now, and its still nowhere near the length i want it.

Is there any fairys out there that can wave a wand and make it grow lol...

i'm guessing there's no products?

i do straighten it sometimes, and sometimes i tie it up..

i have to wash my hair like EVERYNIGHT.. otherwise it goes really greasey and i feel really dirty and it smells, anything i could use to make it shiney and smelling nice for a couple of days?

you should wash ur hair everyother night because if u wash it eveynight the natural oils in ur hair can not make ur hair grow
