Is there any way to make your hair grow even slightly faster?

I just got my cut yesterday, a little below my ears and its horrific! so i was just wondering what i could do to speed up the growth process.

Also- if you know of any good ways to style it in the meantime.. please help!!

(its just below my ears, straight, and gets frizzy esp. in the summer)

As far as the frizzy hair after you wash it try this product called CHI you can get it at places like J.C Penny Salon. My hair is always frizzy at the beach. I took this stuff with me this year and my hair was perfect the whole time! Also you may want to get a 1 inch flat iron. I don't know what I did before them. I use my everyday.
