I say give it a try. I tried something alot similar to this several years ago (just without the vitamins), and my hair grew about 4 inches longer in about a month. Vitamins are good for hair, skin, nails, and overall general health (so no harm done). Just keep in mind that these companies that sell products like the one you are looking at are in it for the money, and your results may not be the same as someone else's (everyone is different). I cant imagine why you need your hair to grow so fast but vitamins and conditioners are not going to give you good results. Hair is dead skin cells by artifically grwoing your hair you could ruin your skin. Its not a healthly option. Your hair should naturally grow about a half inch. but theres always those vitamins that will help your hair grow just as it says. But i Dont recomend it try getting extensions from your hair stylist theres a whole buch of options that are 100% healthy and its a whole bunch safer

In my experience, the best way to get your hair to grow as much as possible in the shortest amount of time is to follow the following tips:

1) Take slightly larger amounts, then the RDA, of Vitamin E and the B-Vitamins. I don't know why this works, but it definitely works for me.

2) Don't over shampoo or over condition your hair. I tend to wash my hair one day and then condition the next. And make sure you rinse well.

Other then these suggestions just get proper nutrition, thats the best way to make your hair grow.

just stick with the shampoo, it'll work the same without the pills as it would with the pills..
