Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.

If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. prenatal vitamins are great to take but remember, when a woman is pregnant and taking those, her hormones are also at work with that. You can try taking them, but also remember, you're body will pee out extra vitamins anyway. Too much of certain vitamins if you don't need them can be toxic to your system also. To be safe, I'd see a cosmotologist or a dermatologist before starting something you don't need to!!
