But the rest aren't, no way!!

You shouldn't wash them everyday, though every other day is okay. You'll eventually dry them out if you continue doing so.

Don't comb it while wet, it just makes them weaker or worse, breaks them :( Wait for a while.. no harm done. Comb it when dry or almost dry.

And instead of trying out shampoos or vitamins or tricks, just take care to get them trimmed every month. Not more than half an inch at the most!
