i just got my haircut, and i dont like it at all! i want it back the way it was. i asked for a trim but he cut way too much, the last time i cut my hair b4 this time was 9 months ago, and it took that long for it to get that length....what will help my hair grow back quickly, is there any foods i should eat or vitamins i should take or any shampoo i can use??? please help!

Oh hun i had the same problem as you and my hair grows super slow. If u massage your scalp it help stimulate the roots which results in faster hair growth. Yes, vitamins vitamins and more vitamins it will help so much. Also Water so drink lots of it. There is a shampoo but im not sure what its called b=you could google it buti would not reccomend using any of those products. And for eating.........just eating healthy. cuz eating healthy is good for your body and whats good for your body is good for your hair. hope i helped =)

well sadly there are no miracle treatments or shampoos. i have tried. you'll just end up out of money with a hair cut you hate. So take fish oil caplets it help the proteins grow to create hair. also take addvice from your local health food store. Good luck.

sometimes that happens to me and i hate my hair but a few days i get used to it and i make it my own style.If you can't do this you should use herbal essence or tressame shampoo and conditioner. you should shampoo every night but only condition every other. brush it like you always do. then you should wait a few weeks it should have grown back a little. go to a different hair salon then the one you went to before [ it seems they don't listen very well to what you want] then ask for less than a cm off the very edges of your hair. by no time your hair will grow back to the desired length. don't use electronic hair appliances a lot because it tends to damage your hair.

if it still doesn't grow back fast then i guess your kinda screwed.lol
