I haven't tried Dr Miracles, but currently, I'm using Biotin (2500 mg per day), drinking water, cherry juice, and soy milk since hair is made of soy protein. I'm taking prenatal vitamins and Lecithin tablets to aid in hair growth, and I'm sleeping in Horse Mane N Tail conditioner every other night and washing with Horse Mane N Tail shampoo and conditioner. I am caucasion with fine thin hair that has started to get thicker because of this and is in that growing out stage - tickling my ears and getting on my nerves, but it's getting there a lot faster now than before.
