so i cut my hair a while ago really short my hair used to be down to my hips when i got it cut the person just chopped it off i wasnt upset just suprised so it started growing really fast and just in a couple months it was down to my shoulders and few more months went by and it got a few inches longer but its been a while and it hasnt grown any and i really want it to get long again.... so what is a vitamin or some food or pretty much watever that will make my hair grow longer (and thicker) faster? thanks soooooooo much for all yur answers!

ok as a mom I would say take prenatle vitamins, or go to GNC a drug store and ask them they have tons of stuff in there, also if you flip your head over and brush your hair that away and then flip it back over and brush it, it gets all the tangles out and will help it grow, or try triming the ends off a little bit because that will make it grow longer to and make it healther. good luck

vitamin B12 u can buy those kind of pills at walmart or sumwhere like that. u can also use a shampoo that has the vitamins in it. also getting the dead ends trimmed of ur hair every few months speeds the growing process. i know ur probably thinkin hows that gonna help if i keep gettin it trimmed lol but it makes ur hair healthier trust me it helps it grow quicker

i just cut my hair yesterday, %26amp; the lady cut it REALLY short. ive been trying to figure out ways how to make it grow longer. how did you make it grow faster? i read a lot of posts and people said that about every month or every couple weeks you should trim off a little bit to get rid of the damaged hair so it can grow healthily again. they also said to get rid of blow dryers and stuff, and just have the regular healthy lifestyle: vitamins and exercise. im not sure which vitamins, but im just guessing about a good amount of everything in the food pyramid lol.
