i notice that causian females hair grow faster becuz last year one of my best freinds lori whice is causian had went on vacation during the summer months as we have no work then becuz we both teach school, after she returned from summer vacation last year back to school i noticed her hair had grown longer in just two and a half months mine had grown some but not much as hers it seem to have grow 5 inches over the summer vacation are more.mine seemed to have grown maybe 2 inches if that long whats the secret??? are is it genetics?

Hair grows a half of an inch a month but a little more in summer time. It doesn't matter what nationality you are all hair grows a half a inch a month.

but i think its all in the family(genetics) i know white ppl hair doesnt rly grow then i hear that some blk ppl hair grows off of dirt so its rly in the genes! Report It

I think African Americans hair grows just as fast, but it is more course and thick and has a tendency to break off...so it appears to grow slower.

All hair grows the same! I am african american and my hair is long and I have ppl always askin me what I am I mixed with jus because I have long hair. I just let it grow while not using any chemicals in my hair. I think maybe white ppl use less chemcials than blacks so that allows their hair to seem to grow faster.
