I know someone who swears by this stuff... But I am worried that if it speeds up growth processes, will it make upper lip hair or back hair, places where most women have peach fuzz, grow fast or dark??? I want to find out as much as i can before i try it...

Your friend is correct. Biotin does stimulate healthy hair including growth. It also helps the skin, cholesterol levels and it reduces blood sugar levels. Consider the fact that there are also other natural supplememnts that increase hair growth. There are special milk shakes and pills sepcially designed for hair. Before you start taking any, I would recomend that your doctor ok's it in case you are allergic etc.
As for other hair areas, yes, those are included as well, but it isn't as obvious in most people.

it does make hair grow faster and thicker and that means all hair, but if you dont have any problem already then u probably wont start to from the bioten but if u have a problem with any other hair now biotin will make it worse. hope this helps:)
