yeah, i agree. braid it tight or pull it back in a tight pony tail before you go to sleep and take it out in the morning..(if u dont want to leave it up all day..) keep it conditioned and healthy to avoid having to trim it so much! and stay away from blow drying it! that dries the crap out of it and makes it more brittle and prone to breaking...=]
