How can i get my hair to grow at least an inch a month...?

well my hair grows pretty fast.

it used to be down past my waist

but then i went to get it trimmed awhile ago and the hair stylist cut over 6 inches off of it.

since it was shorter i didnt get it trimmed to get split ends and stuff off and it kept breaking off so now i had to cut it shoulder length.

i really miss my long hair and this summer im hoping to grow it out as much as possible before 8th grade.

umm ive been putting a leave in conditioner almost everyday to make it healthy again

but like what can i do to it? and about how much can i grow it out u think?
